Tai Chi Victor Wilson about the author
Victor Wilson was born in 1960 on the island of Trinidad in the Caribbean. He is a certified personal trainer and Pilates instructor, with a bachelor's degree in psychology and an advance minor in philosophy. He has been studying psychology, philosophy, and religion since the age of thirteen.

For over twenty years he has been practicing yoga, tai chi, and calisthenics and hes been teaching fitness since 1990.

He is currently employed as a personal trainer and group exercise instructor at the Beverly Hills Country Club in Los Angeles, California. He also offers private and group instruction in fitness and weight management at Fitness 101 in Los Angeles, California.
